Welcome to GCG Nursing Training Center. By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of the Institute

GCG Nursing Training Center is a private vocational training institute. We specialize in providing skill-based training for healthcare assistants, GDA, and patient care. We are not a medical college or a government nursing council-affiliated degree college.

2. Admission & Eligibility

• Students must meet the minimum eligibility criteria (10th/12th Pass) and be at least 17 years of age.
• All documents submitted during admission (Aadhaar, Educational Certificates, etc.) must be genuine. Any discrepancy found later may lead to immediate cancellation of enrollment.
• Admission is confirmed only after the successful payment of the registration fee.

3. Training & Certification

Certificates are issued only to students who:

• Maintain a minimum of 80% attendance in both classroom and practical sessions.
• Successfully pass the internal assessments and final practical evaluations.
• Clear all pending dues and fees.

4. Fee Policy

• The course fee must be paid according to the installment plan agreed upon at the time of admission.
• Refund Policy: Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including withdrawal from the course.
• The institute reserves the right to charge late fees if payments are delayed beyond the due date.

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain strict discipline, professional ethics, and respect towards trainers and fellow students. Any involvement in illegal activities, harassment, or damage to institute property will result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Practical Training & Internships

While the institute provides guidance and support for hospital exposure and practical training, the final selection for internships or jobs depends on the student’s performance and the requirements of the healthcare provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

GCG Nursing Training Center is not responsible for any misuse of the certificate by the student for unauthorized medical practice. Our training is for "Assistance" and "Patient Care" only. Students are strictly prohibited from representing themselves as Registered Nurses (RN) or Medical Doctors.

8. Modification of Terms

The management of GCG Nursing Training Center reserves the right to change course modules, fee structures, or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Students are advised to stay updated via the official notice board or website.

9. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of these terms or the training program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts where the institute is situated.
